FLINTA* is a collective term for women, lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans and agender people. Other people whose gender identity falls into these categories but are not explicitly listed in FLINTA* are represented by the asterisk. In this course, participants can learn the basics of this sport in a non-patriarchal, safe space. In this course, participants can play beach volleyball at an ambitious, advanced level in a non-patriarchal, protected space.
The classic hitback game on a sandy ground ? now a worldwide popular trend sport. Movement in the sand is good for the body, coordination and fitness and protects the joints due to the soft surface.
